AI Tools Vault (www.aitoolsvault.site) is a directory of AI tools: product pages, comparisons, use cases, and articles. This policy explains how we handle information when you use this site.

It covers this website only. The AI tools we list are run by their own companies, and this policy does not apply to them (see section 5).

We keep what we collect fairly small. Everything falls into three groups.

We use the information described above for these purposes:

• Sending the newsletter updates you signed up for.
• Storing and showing reviews on the relevant tool page.
• Replying to messages you send us.
• Measuring site usage so we can improve content and fix problems.
• Keeping the site working and secure.

We share data with the services that run this site: Vercel hosts the website, Supabase stores newsletter sign-ups and reviews, and Google Analytics processes usage data. These providers handle the data because they provide those services, not for their own purposes.

We don't sell or rent personal information, and we don't share it with advertisers or data brokers.

If we're required to disclose information by law, we'll do only what we're required to do.

AI Tools Vault is a directory. The tools we list are operated by their own companies, and we don't control how they handle your data — their retention, security, or AI-training practices included.

When you click through to a tool or to one of its pages, that website's own privacy policy, cookies, and terms of service apply.

We try to describe tools accurately, but we can't speak for what a third-party service does with information you give it. Please review a tool's privacy policy before entering personal or business data on its site.

Newsletter sign-ups stay in our subscriber list until you ask to be removed.

Reviews stay on the site while they're relevant to the page, and you can ask us to delete a review you submitted.

Messages we receive by email remain in our email account like any other correspondence.

Google Analytics keeps usage data according to its own retention settings, which we don't control.

For anything else, we hold information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy or as required by law.

The site is served over HTTPS, and the admin area is protected with a password and a session cookie. Website hosting, database storage, and analytics run on our providers' infrastructure, and we rely on the safeguards those providers maintain.

No method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed completely secure, and we don't claim otherwise.

Unsubscribe from the newsletter: email us and we'll remove your address from the list.

Change or remove a review: email us with the tool page and we'll update or delete it.

Ask about your data: email us if you want to know what we hold or want something corrected or deleted.

These requests are handled by the site owner, and we'll respond as soon as we reasonably can.

The site is a general-audience publication and isn't designed for children. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children.

If you believe a child has submitted information to us, email us and we'll remove it.

The site and its data are hosted on cloud infrastructure that may be located outside your country: Vercel for hosting and Supabase for our database. When you submit information, it may be stored or processed on servers in more than one country.

We update this policy when the site or its data practices change. When we make material changes, we update the date at the top of this page.

The policy describes current site practices and may change as the website evolves, so it's worth checking back if a specific practice matters to you.
